Default show us your obd2 reader screen installs

hi lads, bought one of these obd2 readers and torque app for my galaxy s3. waiting on the bluetooth adaptor coming but just wondered if any one has installed say a cheap 50 quid android tablet to display it on and mounted or installed it on the dash. id rather do that than use up battery power on my fone. so any install pics of this type of setup would be great. cheers.

I found my S3 couldn't cope with the Torque app or, to be more accurate, it could but needed rebooting to do anything else with any reliability which is not a major problem.

My S4 is much better although I still tend to restart it around once a day normally after a drive - I do tend to use quite a lot whilst driving. Camera Alert, Daily Roads Voyager and Maps for traffic info and sometimes directions.

Granted its not a scooby but a mate of mines just had a nexus 7 installed in the dash of his Navara. The screens near as dammit the same size as a double din headunit, so if it's installed well it can look like a factory fit.

I'll have a word and get back to ya. I have a feeling the bloke that did it had a load on his facebook page at one point but that isn't much help.
