Help on Wiring Driving Lamps
#1
I have recently bought a set of Hella Comets to replace my craked standard fog lamps on my MY97.
The wiring instructions supplied with the hella's look fairly simple. However the part where I come unstuck is that I am not sure about is which 'Subaru' wires I need to be taking feeds from.
As I say these are driving lamps, not fog lamps, as I want them to work in conjunction with the 'main beam'.
Please help as the front of my car looks $hite with a craked lamp.
Cheers
Ady

Ady, what you might like to do, is get a power feed frommthe battery, which could 'if required' be swithed via a relay, so that the fog lamp switch operates the relay, then use another relay so that they will only come on when fulll beam is on, this can be done by using a crimp connector into one of the full beam wires, it's not rocket science, you just need to know which wires are which.

http://www.g.p.foster.btinternet.co....afit/piaa.html might be some help, although it is for the PIAAs.
