Default PIAA Driving Lights on my Rb5

Hi all got some second hand PIAA lights sent through to me today, the lights are in excellent condition and in full working order (wired straight to the battery for test)

However they will not work off the existing wires of the car, I put the full beam on and front "fog" switch on but nothing, tried the plugs that the lights attach to on a multimeter and there is nothing / no change when the lights are turned on

The light on the switch does come on

I’ve read on Rb5 owners club that it can be an earth or relay problem? If so where are the earth points for this loom?

Also am I right in thinking there should be a white PIAA relay between the battery and n/s/f headlamp? If so I don't have one but there is a connector there sticking up exactly like the connectors the lights connect to, just with an added wired and what looks like a bullet connector

Any help would be much appreciated

Ah, fair enough. It ought to be wired correctly, so should be starightforward.
