Newbie to Bugeyes so please excuse daft queries.

Inside the reflectors on the front wings of my 2001 WRX Bugeye there are some small bulbs but I cannot fathom what they are for:



They don't come on as side lights - anyone know what they are for?

Iv been wondering about this too as a new bugeye owner myself, I think they maybe lights for different country's regs or something?, mine are blanked off with a colour coded insert and iv seen carbon fibre ones as well

You can run a wire from your existing sidelights in the main headlight unit if you want to then they will all come on together, They are aftermarket ones as the standard ones are just a reflector with no bulb holder

There is a wire + connector loose either side of the back of the headlamp unit and I cannot work out how these would connect to the bulbs in the wings (there aren't any gaps or holes).

I would like to replace them with carbon fibre style ones/plain - any ideas where to get some from?

cheaper on the sites that i put up even with postage which is £1.67 not £9.99. thats just stupid 9.99 for somert that weights literally f**k all

Yeah ur right, it says up to 2weeks delivery as well, to top it they'll probably come in an envelope,

Buy the plain carbon ones, dont get the pink logod ones, I have had two sets and they turn very pale after a few months.

BTW that grille is long gone replaced with an HT autos one.
