You gotta remove the headlight mate. Not a bad job really, had mine out a few times now

Have a look here https://www.scoobynet.com/lighting-a...-problems.html

once you've done it a few times it's easy enough. Just need to give them a bit of a wriggle once the bolts are out.

From Revolution?

Remember being LED, they only work fitted the right way round, unlike standard bulbs.

Yep from Revolution and yes fooking expensive!! My logic was if I buy cheapos from Evil-Bay I'd end up replacing several times and possibly spending more in the long run.. So the whole unit comes out eh? Thanks chaps.. This will be good practice for me de-tango in a few weeks time then..

As ian said. its quite fiddly but once you've done it once its easy. It is a bit of a ballache just for changing a sidelight.
There are good detango instructions here including removing the lights:

Me too, but I tried blue tinted bulbs. They looked wnak and Mr Plod said to change them, so I've gone back to OE ones.

TBH, they don't DO anything much.........

The one's that were fitted were blue, hence me changing to white, and I don't expect them to nosh me off on the way to work!! Or DO anything as you say.. just work, for a long time.. anyhoo, thanks to DonNedly for the "how to" link, headlights were a breeze to remove and new sidelights fitted, look nice in white..

"Nosh you off on the way to work" LOL

I meant, sidelights really have no value except for parking and looking at, no lighting value, so I'm not spending money on them.

My blue bulbs were free, I gave them away.
