The plugs different to start with, think the crank sensor is too, plus you need the loom etc, possible but expensive.

right so cheapest way for him to get around 300bhp has manifold my old 18g is going on the car has 3inch system and having my old 440 injectors and my old walbro 255

A UK V5 can be Tekked and with an 18g i'm guessing 340 upwards can be had but the 440's will be the limiting factor

tbh sounds like hes trying to do it too cheap, a decent v35, decat, fuel and map and bang theres 320

i'me the one getting the 20g and his car aint mappable thats why i'm asking about ecu options he's doing it as cheap as he can most no all of the stuff on his car is my old bit's that i've upgraded again like the turbo

we was told it's not it's a s reg 98 car so it can be mapped then ?

ope nthe bonnet.. if the coil pack is offset to the passenger side it is a v5 and standard ecu can be remapped. if in the middle then its a 98 and needs esl or replacement ecu

i think after the 20g go's on then we're done got more power than we amid for just need to get a paint job and leave it at that and start on my off road lifted impreza
