When i go to fuel up from quarter and put £20 in the tank the fuel gauge takes about 10 mins to register whats in the tank and it rises very slowly but goes down quicker lol, wit this beig my first scooby is this a normal thing or problems with the senders?

I occasionally have this problem with the hawk. Don't know why it happens, but it seems to correct itself after a couple of miles??

 

so it could be a faulty sender then I might have a butchers in the tank tomorrow, I really hate playing with fuel tanks
