Default Help needed A/C Blower

I need help i've changed all the electrical componets and what i thought was the relay for the fan but my blower fan still dosn't work can anyone help with this, as it is winding me up, i've used the circuit diagram and one thing i will say is i can't find the relay with the blue connector, there is one in front of the heater matrix, which i have changed and a green one above the fuse box in the drivers footwell which i have also changed, it is a 93 wrx jdm.

Many thanx Col

Col.
Make sure the fan motor turns freely to start with - rules out tight/siezed bearings.
Quite often its the blower motor resistor burnt out causing the fan not to operate.

the fan spins fine, i've also changed it just to make sure, both work fine with direct voltage on, where is the resistor located? the diagram says that the relay for the fan should have a blue connection i can't find this at all.

Sorry to muscle in on your thread but i'am having a similar problem on a MY97 uk 2000 turbo.
I have checked all the fuses both under the steering colum and in the engine bay and all seem fine. I wiggled the relays about and checked them which seemed ok. When i started the car the fan started up them died off again.
Any ideas anyone??????
