In the book it says remove grill, two bolts undo the wires and pull,I tried this and I stopped because I felt like I was goner break somthing

As you look at the head lights then, on top x2 screws, after grill has been removed, you'll see a white bracket, which is held on by another screw, thats all the screws that hold the light in.

The unit will take a firm wiggle to come out, due to sockets on the outer side of each light unit, once you get a slight gap round the unit keep wiggling and pulling (just hold on tight to the light and dont drop it).
