Installed my new head unit, amp and sub today

worked fine then as I pushed the head unit back into the aperture it went off, and I havent been able to get it back on, and my sub started "thumping" on its own, ie when the head unit wasnt even on

im sure the sub etc is wired the right way, even put the power cables and RCA down opposite sides to prevent interference

also my alarm now wont arm either

any ideas what ive done?
