Reflash socket heeeeelp

Reflash socket heeeeelp
ive been hunting for my reflash plug but cant find it, so can someone help point it out to me, ive got the 2 green plugs but i cant see the reflash socket,
took a couple of pics maybe someone can look at them and point me in the pugh direction , 3 pic is a socke connected to nothing, could this be it, (only got 2 wires tho thot it needed 4 )

you plug the green ones together and there should be a white one to take the shortout plug, might be that one thats taped up but not sure by the pictures, Mine was just above the green ones if that helps
