Just got one, and have about £1k burning a hole in my pocket! HEEEEELP!!

I was thinking, Eibach Springs, de-catted downpipe and 298mm brakes.

Any thoughts?

Add an Intercooler splitter from BladeRunner for £25, and a K&N57i induction kit.

Sort out the exhaust system first by getting downpipe and rear box heard halfords are fitting downpipe FOC (magnex) then also assist it in breathing you may then want to consider superchip

First some bad news...stay away from the superchips route (I've got 2 lads here with holed pistons), I cannot stress this enough - stay away.

I'd go for Eibach springs, a decatted downpipe and a new backbox and some uprated discs/pads.
