From what I understand - basically a big capacitor like those used in high power ICE installs.

I'm sure if checked with a very sensitive voltage reader it does make the feed more stable - although not sure if it would actually be noticable.

Buddy Club and a bunch of other Japanese tuning places do them -

Would also like to know if they make a difference. Has anyone tried a grounding kit/stabiliser and noticed an increase in performance?

i had a charge stableliser an didnt notice any difference so took it off when I fitted a new battery.
