My dad has recently purchased a second hand Volvo V40 (S reg). Unfortunately the head lights are very poor similar to the Scoob. He has just decovered that one of the headlights is badly chipped and needs replacing. Obviously this is an ideall time for him to upgrade the complete headlight system to something better.

He is happy to spend the money as long as he gets good improvments. I have heard people talk of HID headlights (i think). Can anyone suggest what his options are.

Your help would be appreciated.
