Default FUSE/RELAY location ?

I have a 1995 Impreza WRX import and have just changed the rear added fog light switch & i think blown a Relay or fuse(It worked initially then i think i must have switched the wires around and blown something). The fog lamp bulb is ok but my front fog lights have now stopped working along with the illumination lights on my speedo panel.I have gone through the relay/fuse box in the engine and all appears ok as well as the fuses in the drivers foot well..everything is written in Japanese which doesnt help..So does anyone know which relay/fuse is likely to have blown & were i can find it ?????

Checked am today and found a 10 amp fuse blown in the drivers footwell so now all is working again..

Where abouts in the drivers footwell is it?
I've just managed to blow a fuse in my legacy, knocking out the ciggy lighter, electric mirrors and heater control unit. Just got in after a very cold drive from Milton KEynes home to liverpool.

I couldn't find the fusebox in the dark, so would appreciate some help here.
