Question LED tail lights & ABS Warning light.

Swapped my Tail lights for a pair of red LED clusters and they looked pretty good - the glow was a lot more even over the whole of lens and was a bit brighter than normal.

However, with these in the ABS warning lamp started to illuminate shortly after driving off - the lamp comes on with the ignition and goes off after a few seconds (ABS system test) but comes back on shortly afterwards.

Switched bulbs back to standard this morning and all is well again - just wondering if there's something I should at on the LED bulb that might trigger this.

BTW - it's on a classic.

You need to get a resistor for the bulbs because they are drawing a lot less current than normal bulbs and this is setting off your ABS light, you should be able to get them from whoever you bought the LED's from or from here http://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk/led.htm
