Front fogs on a classic
Please can anyone confirm the following:
1. The front fog lamps on a classic are handed, i.e. nearside and offside.
2. The lenses can be removed and replaced (although they are not available separately from Subaru).
Cheers

The lights themselves are handed, but only the back bits, ie: not the lenses, which are identical. This is to allow them to fit into the handed spaces on the front of the car.
The lenses supposedly CAN be replaced, BUT: I haven't found/heard of anyone who has done it successfully yet, as they are bonded to the light unit, and would need to be placed in an oven etc to soften the bond.
The last person who tried it on here trashed the light unit by breaking both the lens and the rear bit.
IMHO, the best place to mount those OE fogs is on your garage shelf
