Not 100% sure they are the cheapest but their worth a look.

Philips or even Halfords own. My PIAA's were failing every 2-3 weeks (replaced each time under warranty).
I got well fed up and switched to Halfords 120W's. They've lasted have last well over 2yrs now.

Like Ozzy says get yourself to Halfords at a fraction of the price,
What do you suggest out of Halfords that is better ?

Yes I was just talking about the bulbs. I would get replacement lenses or a full kit from David Reid.
I'm very happy with the PIAA's, but the reflectors have a habit of rusting and I've smashed three already
I've taken them off my car completely to give them a proper clean and a re-spray. Waiting on David getting some replacement lenses before I refit them in the New Year.
Have a good Xmas folks and a Happy New Year to you all
