Due to my car not starting & getting no current/live to the starter soleniod i was thinking possibly its the ign relay but dont no were it is. Anyone know?

hi pal im currently looking for my fuel relay which apparently is next to the ignition relay under the driverside dashboard above the fuse box, on/near the A frame.
