How to Change 03WRX Bulbs ?..

OK guys, I know some of you out there must have changed the bulbs on your O3WRX headlight by now. Ny question to you is how, I have followed the onstructions in the owners manual but no joy. The headlamp just will not come out. I dont want to be to brutal and damage something, any ideas. It would seem to me that the owners manual is missing something out....

The manual is missing a vital piece of information.
There is a third bolt, below the light on a white arm attached to the headlight (It's the reason for removing the front grill).
Once that is removed the whole thing comes out quite easily.
NB there are two pop fittings on the outer part of each light that need to be popped out before you can start twisting and turning the light to get it out fully. Just put your hand down the back and push firmly.
