elec' mirror/cig lighter fuse keeps blowing..

I am pretty sure its the mirror circuit that is causing the short, but how exactly do I fix it, and if I find it what am I looking for exactly?

not wantong to sound patronizing but have you done the obvious stuff like: use correct rated fuse, checked for exposed wires, checked for sings of wires overheating melting?
also what do you use the ciggie lighter for as cd players and phone chargers can surge causing a blown fuse.

hehe s'ok. 20a as in the manual
I have checked as far back as I can get and can see nothing obvious..
the cig' lighter powers my Road Angel.
The fuse still blows even with the RA disconnected.. (ie: Im not actively trying to move the mirror's either) its a MY00...
