Will the Morrette light conversion for the new age WRX ala TSL fit into the front of an STI7 prodrive?

NO! you will need to change the front grille as well as the morettes have the side pieces attached and so does the grille so something has got to go. Could try uk300 style lights or get the sports grille.

They won't fit a non Prodrive STI 7 but I'm not sure about the Prodrive version! Can you remove the plastic part between the headlight and the grill, but leave the grill in place or is it all one part?

The grille IS seperate to the bumper and the side pieces, As I have had the grill out before. The side pieces seem to have some black plastic things holding them in wouldn't have the first idea as to removing them though.
So If my Grille, Bumper and Headlight side bits are all seperate parts does that mean I can fit Morrettes?

If they are all seperate then yes, the side pieces are held in with those black popper type things, using a couple of flat bladed drivers, wedge them under the round part of the popper and prise out. Once it has popped out the whole thing can be pulled out and the side pieces then twist toward the lamps and come off.

Think thats it let us know how you get on.

I thought the wiring is different between normal WRX's and STi7's so the morettes won't fit without wiring mods??

I have a heavily modded sti7 prodrive with morrettes and it looks cool, and you will get good money for your standard sti7 lights from a wrx owner.

the morrettes are made to plug straight in the wrx's, so to get them in the sti7..............it takes a while to sort the wiring out, very awkward but looks the dogs

What sort of thing will I have to do to the wiring?
Is it an easy job or should I get an auto electrician involved?
