'ello all,

What is the process to actually get it out? Tried turning it by hand but it's not moving and before I force it and destroy something...

Ok, for anyone else wondering -
Get a long nose pliers and gently grab the bulb.
Pull out.

Turning the unit just removes the whole unit, not the bulb.
