heater and electric mirrors have stopped working

got in the car this morning and no bloodie heater, nadda, nothing zip, the AC will not turn on and the electric mirrors will not work. had a quick quizz at the fuses and there does not seam to be a problem. the motor to control the recurulative air still works and the switches light up but they do not change to orange when pressed.
any help would be very helpfull as im starting to panic..
