my horn doesnt work and the problem is in the steering wheel, something rusted they told me....and it costs aroun 150-200 pounds ....but since i am in England at the moment studying and my car is in cy can anyone tell me what are the possible faults?
it is an Sti Type R V5 V-limited japan spec

someone told me that it is called a steering wheel ring which is a part that connects the horn with the airbag something like that....is there such a part?

Clock spring? The part that maintains the electrical connections between the steering wheel and car's wiring loom while allowing the wheel to turn freely.
