Default Sigma S30 Flat battery problem.

On my 08 Impreza S GT if i leave the car for a week without using it the battery is flat, nothing else is on only the armed alarm, is this normal or is it just mine.

No that isnt normal, if you (you do not need to say so on an open forum) have a tracking system fitted for instance, that can drain the battery, or you could have a short somewhere which is draining the battery, your best bet is to take it to subaru for them to have a look at, it could be the battery but it would all need to be checked out tbh.
Also driving short distances can drain the battery, a quick hint for driving, drive around with the side lights on, the alternators are these wonderful computerised ones which decide when they want to charge the battery, with the lights on they charge continuously (supposedly!)

I have checked with a multimeter & the car draws 0.3 of an amp, which split between the radio/ ecu memorys the rest must be the alarm/immobilser. I can't take it to a dealer as its a grey import, & is quite diffrent from a UK WRX.

You could try an alarm speciallist they should be able to diagnose any shorts after the alarm was fitted

did you give the car time to go to sleep or did you just meter it for a second or 2?

The meter was on for a good 30 secs, there is a under bonnet sensor, would this make a difference with the bonnet up while i tested the battery.
