I have recently had my car mot'd and he said they were really low so he adjusted them but now in the dark I seem to be blinding everybody. I cant get hold of the guy at the minute as he is away so I'm wondering how he did it.
Are the sensors still connected to the arms, only I had this issue on a customers car, the bracket from the bottom arm had rot off,
if this comes off obviously this stops them being adjusted automatically.

I'm not sure mate, I wouldn't have thought so as ive recently had a load of suspension/brake work done @ chevron and I asked simon to let me know if he saw anything that needed replacing whilst he was working in those areas.
How are you gonna see how they point unless they are on?
I take mine to a closed shopping centre, point them at a nearby wall and adjust from there, up or down is then easy to see.
It also helps to have an assistant stand in front of one light while you do the other.
