Default Headlight issues, big eye morrettes

Can someone please help me with my bug eye GX headlights, sidelights turn on and both sides light up no issues headlights light up both sides no issues however when I flick to full beam wether I flash them or all time on both sides don't light up and the near side turns off completely including low beam yet the offside low beam stay on.

I'm not great with electrics atall but I've checked relays and replace one yet still same problem I've checked fuses and no issues there and also checked the bulbs no issues either, is anyone able to help enlighten me so to speak???

sounds like you may have a broken earth/ground if its causing nuisance problems with other lamps, like when you used to see indicators coming on when people applied the brakes on old cars,
so id follow the wiring loom back to see if there are any obvious.
