05 subaru STi PPP a good price?
Hi Guys,
appreciate feedback on this car. 05 STi, with PPP, mudflaps and pretty much everything else standard with 25k miles. Tiny scratch on the bumper. I'm thinking he's a wee bit dear compared to others on pistonheads etc.
Auto Trader UK - SUBARU IMPREZA 2.0 WRX STi 4dr Saloon
Then there's a dealer one local:
Auto Trader UK - SUBARU Impreza 2.0 WRX STi
or this white one, which was a UK model, taken out of the country and brought back, maybe down south?

Cheers,

John,
I would say they are all in the ballpark, I'm soon to be selling my 2005 sti, and i get a bit sick looking at these prices compared to what i paid back in 2007 and how little i'm going to get. I always think with subaru's you have to look at what you're getting for your money in terms of extras too. I'll be asking around 12k (doubt i'll get it), and my car has about 40k on her! However it's also got 5k+ thrown at it in terms of bits and bobs. The white one is a rare colour, but has nothing done on it from what i can see. As for the 2 blue ones, i don't like that colour, hence why i bought a black one! They are the better buys though in my opinion, purely because the are both PPP. I've driven a bog standard one which was quick, then mine which had PPP, which was a chunk quicker again, then finally had an ECUTEK remap by AndyF to 340bhp, and it's a whole other animal.
Good luck, they're an awesome car

Im asking for £12k for my Hawkeye STI in Crystal Grey, with PPP, 55 Plate 2.5 litre, 29k miles and just had 4 new tyres and its 30k service.
I paid a lot more for it when I bought it in 2007 but I have to be realistic i suppose, so if you are interested in a good car and the newer facelift model PM me.

think buying down south can be awkward mate.
pm scubbay on here he has access to some decent motors at times.
Also eden car sales in carrick can be helpful, tell them andy told ya to call, and they have an rb320 in atm!!!

Aii, I think so Andy. Just trying to get the nicest and most powerful standard car before I do anything to it. Mostly be a night time/weekend car, use a zx-6r to work/fun.

too true mate.
mine was bought as an everyday car so advised against a sti for that reason, partially regret the decision i must say.
have a zx7r myself, nice to head out on them.....just getting motorists to not take a dive at you is the issue!!

ref the white sti for sale-there was a similar white sti on the autotrader a few months ago, similar mileage, similar price etc, and the guy was upfront enough to tell me it was a cat d.
