Hi,does anyone know how often he comes over and when the next time will be? Think its time to take it to the next level!!! Also any idea what HP a more or less standard 05 sti would increase to after the £500 remap??
Cheers,Davy.

See post 120 in here.
Also do a search, because another MY05 STI belonging to AdamNI made very similar figures.

Is it standard - no PPP?
If there is no PPP then you're in for a treat

Can be organised if enough interest. Presently I have 1 interested party and was going to hold off until June. If theres interest it will be sooner.

scooby is the guy to get andy F for ya. AI dont have the software for 2.5l imprezas and they work on all cars not just Evo's, My advice would be dont get it mapped before you get some basic mods done, once you get it mapped you will want to fit mods like a de-cat then you will wish you got it all done at the start.

Dont know wat a standard sti with a map would put ut i would guess around 300? Ai done the work to my car, full de-cat and re-map got 335bhp, then fitted stainless headers and got 352bhp. Give tuning companys a phone and choose who you beleive you would be happier with.

Imo from own experience and recommendations the best in this country are AI, Performance Subaru & OMA.

I agree with pete, i wouldn't bother adding just a remap to a standard 05. I'd be shocked if you could get to 300bhp from 265 without doing anything else. It would make the PPP fit for 2k look worthless. The reason i went with just a remap is because it got the power to where i wanted it personally without spending more money for a little extra gain imho, and having the ppp kit fitted by the previous owner, it had all that was needed to get that bit extra, exhaust/walbro fuel pump etc.

Cheers for the info lads.It was OMA that done my last service and he seems to know his onions! so i'll speak with him again as i found him to be very honest and not to hard to pay.The catless and ss headers were something i had in the pipeline anyway. But thanks again for the pointers.
Davy.
