Smile migman

hi just got my first scooby 03 uk 2litre sti ppp best car iv ever driven just a few questions for u guys does anyone know the bhp on this model,also the cars 43,000 miles on it i have the proper scooby timing belt do u guys know any one who fits them i live in newtownards co.down i am afaird to floor it dont know what condition the belts in as there no mention of replacing in the service history. thanks

welcome to scooby madness m8, Ur bhp according to prodrive is 305, however brocks and adamni both seen ardound the 315bhp figures (iirc) with their PPP. Timing belts get changed at 60K but if ur worried check it.

on my wrx it said it sould of been done
at 45000 miles .

any other car is 35000 miles.

but i could be wrong.

if u worried about it get it done save u in the long run . mate

PM Scubbay from here or he is also on ScoobyIreland.com - for Irish Subaru owners and enthusiasts! he should be able to give you a price for a timing belt change, he's VERY reasonable, and is a bit of a local Subaru guru, really knows his stuff IMHO

straight from the owners manual (66,000)


like brocks says if u want it checked r changed seek out scubbay.
