Dont believe you can fit a dump valve on a non turbo'd car of any sort........sorry ......only other option to get the wah tish noise is an "electronic" speaker set up......and my only advice would be DONT!!!!!
I personally wouldnt try and make my car out to be anything its not......it might fool some people, but you will always get those in the know looking at it going....." its a 2l sport, who are they trying to kid......."
My opinion as usual..........hard to keep my mouth shut LOL

As above no you cant fit a dump valve to a non turbo'd car and please please dont even think about the electronic type.
best mods for a sport are air intake, exhaust and bodykit. Make it look and sound like a wrx
Was there a reason for not going for a turbo model ? I only paid £201 more than you for my 1993 import which I dont think is a basket case lol

no no
dont fit one of those speaker things . to make your car sound better and get the flat four burble outa the back end there really is only one way. it dont matter what type of pipe you fit as its not the rear pipe or mid pipe that gives you the offbeat noise.
step one...take exhaust manifold of carefully.
step two...throw into large skip....
step three...fit a borla...
step four...sit like an idiot in your driveway for hours with the car ticking over
step five...enjoy the sound
