Depends what you want to know! as Nevetas says yes there is lots happening in Munich but if you care to narrow down your choice maybe someone can help you a bit better.

A good friend died in an accident, so I wasn`t able to push my plan through.

Tried getting on to SIDC to speak to eurosti, but it isn't letting me log on at the mo.

Me personaly I think I'd look at leaving mid afternoon on the Friday. Depends on Stu's (eurosti) and Dan's (Dannster) plans. Have yet to speak with Andy to see if he's up for it also. If we go on the friday we can set up camp and hit the local nightlife. Although on Google Earth the town looks pretty small.
