As Bob says it is a meet not a show, it is the first time it has happened so not sure what to expect really but should be good fun.

It is on the Swiss border which is about 1200kms from Reading.

I've never been before, assuming all works out for the trip, (to be confirmed) I would travel starting at say 06:00 planning to arrive at say 20:00 latest on the Friday, long stretch but what the heck. I would use the chunnel.

Ring to the lake, 311 miles. About 4-5 Hours.

It's near the Black Forest, you could always investigate that before / after.

Lol at car problems, its been in the body shop after my Elvington off, due out end of next week BUT stil needs the exhaust system sorting and the suspension re-aligning, more importantly it had a hot stop, 126 to 0 in 6 secs off a full bore standing 1/4 so no turbo cooldown time and the engine hasn't been started since it stopped. Untill I've run it for a week with no issue there is no chance of doing a 10-12 hour trek like this I'm afraid.

Apologies to all but no help for it.

best regards

bob
