Im there next weekend as well but cant find any accomodation. Is it cos of the holiday weekend or is something else going on? Any suggestions? I was after accomadation for Sat 27th in order to ring on the Sunday.

There is a 6 hour VLN race on saturday, so alot of the teams will have taken accomadation by now.

What is a VLN Race?

 

Its an endurance race series which is based entirley at the ring. It goes in 3 groups at the same time. The lowest group is club racer style cars, Puma, BMW , Golf, Audi etc. The next group has stuff like Euro touring car BMW's. The top group is GT3 cup cars, V8 star jags, ex DTM cars, M3GTR's and the Altzen porsche with around 700bhp. Lets just say with around 80 cars or more on track its fun to watch.
