Default 3m carbon wrapped centre console

Hi all ,
had a go at using the 3m cf wrap as previous owner had marked the stereo surround removing head unit ,
quite pleased with the result myself , thought i'd post a pic up,
cheers

i dont want to upset you but put the heater on hot and watch the vinyl return to its natural form around the heater vents where it is streched into it,.

I did think at the time it might do this, but wasn't sure , so have avoided using the vents with the wrap , car still get too hot inside even without useing centre console vents

Did u just use a hairdryer? I had trouble getting it to shrink down into the tight corners at the stereo unit and the CF ended up splitting in thre corners. I'm going to have to buy another sheet of it as I'm not happy with the results.

Realise this thread is 7 months old, but didn't want to start a new one. Fancy doing this myself, but don't want to make a ***** up of it!

Looks great.. how difficult is this to do.. do you take the centre console plastic out or can you wrap it without taking anything apart?
