Any way of dulling the dash other than flocking??

I used to have some dash cleaner, made by "Armour-All" that gave a matt finish.

Clean it with All Purpose cleaner watered down 10:1 (£1 a bottle for Daisey APC from Tesco) - it will remove all previous cleaning products leaving bare/dull plastic.
