Default door cards - for track cars

Just a quick question, what are the option for replacement door cards for track cars?

If speakers and window electrics are moved/removed and only the door handle (to open) is required, what can be used. Dont want sharp pointy edges and dont want massive gaps (like with carbon door cards).

Ideas?

The carbon is less maleable (sp??), so I am guessing where the aluminium will bend and strect the carbon will crack.
