Hi Swrtno1
There's a few posts in the ICE forum about this. Also, most people have to make MDF supports to ensure there's not too much of the speaker protruding into the door space as there's not an awful lot of room in there. What speakers did you get?

post the links if you find any decent guides.
Need to do all 4 of mine soon, and whilst i can work it out, a guide to find all the hidden clips and screws would be great!

LOL.
Here you go : Prize out surrounds to door handle andalso prize out window switches.
Undo and remove screws under window switches and one under a cover towards front of door. DO NOT touch the large screw in the door handle. Disconnect window switch wiring by depressing catch on connector and pulling apart.
Insert large flat bladed screwdriver etc, (a table knife works just as well), between door card and door at front edge. Slide it along until you find a popper, prise it outwards gently. Continue right around the door card.
Lift door card straight up and pull inwards into car. Done.
To replace, start by dropping on at the top, feeding window switch wiring through aperture.Press all poppers into place, insert, and do up screws, replace switches and handle surround.
You can remove, and replace, one in under ten minutes once you get the hang of it.

Another quick tip - when you refit the door cards put the window fully down and it will slide in a lot easier. Have just done my front speakers in a 2003 car. Used 15mm thick MDF to space out the speakers - it was fairly straight forward and I wish I did it when I bought the car 6 years ago!!!!
Also be a bit carefull when pulling the rear of the door card off where the plastic meets the fabric insert - mine started to split on one side.
