Question Dash lights?

Hi, the dash lights in my 96 Classic are looking a bit tired. Has anyone upgraded to LED's? If so much of an improvement? Any pics before and after?
And also how do you remove the heater panel?
Thanks in advance
JM

Heater panel has two little screws vertically above the controls, on the under-side of the little lip just below the vents. After you've undone those, just prise the assembly out from the bottom with firm but steady pressure.

Its not worth changing the bulbs it dont look that good you are best to have plasma or the lockwood dials that have a blue background on the dials and that way you use your standard bulbs.
