Dash lights?

Hi, the dash lights in my 96 Classic are looking a bit tired. Has anyone upgraded to LED's? If so much of an improvement? Any pics before and after?
And also how do you remove the heater panel?
Thanks in advance
JM

Heater panel has two little screws vertically above the controls, on the under-side of the little lip just below the vents. After you've undone those, just prise the assembly out from the bottom with firm but steady pressure.

why do you want LED when you can have plasma!

Thats looks cool! Can you see the needles ok?
Where did you get the kit and what was it like to fit?

Its not worth changing the bulbs it dont look that good you are best to have plasma or the lockwood dials that have a blue background on the dials and that way you use your standard bulbs.

scoobyman what are the 2 gauges in your door pod as they look a perfect colour match for the plasma dials

1 is a boost gauge and other is oil pressure gauge. dunno what make they are.
