Gently remove the trim around the door release handle, these are very easily broken, remove the screw behind the plastic cap behind the door release handle. look in the electric window controls there will be a cap in the middle of the door handle remove the screw behind that cap and pull up on the controls for the window and unplug, if i recall there is another screw in the openeing where the window controls would be remove that too.

them gently grab hold of the door card nearest the windowscreen and pull firmly in an anti clockwise motion until its all unclipped and just lift the door card off the door frame.
