fuel light

dunno if this is a dumb question or the right place to put this but does my 2000 uk spec turbo impreza have a fuel warning light?

It's on the gauge, glows when level is low, then gets brighter as level drops.

When mine comes on, I have about 2 gallons left, so around 40-50 miles

Good question,
i have never seen a petrol light on my wrx type ra version1 and i have owned it for a year now.Should i have a light also or not?

i also wondered about this sometime ago, in the end i just filled up a 30ltr jerry can and kept on driving till the fuel lite showed up- 300mls later lol
