Smile Seatbelts Squeeling!

Here's the problem, i got my WRX on Dec 23rd. Everything is great can't fault the car except for the seatbelts. When you get in and pull the front seatbelts to clip them in it sounds like soemone scraping their fingers down a blackboard!
Anyone else had this before, know what cases it and how to fix it?
Cheers everyone in advance.

Cheers for the link Floodboy, did the fix in under 10 minutes for both sides. Couldn't be easier really even a halfwitted aircraft technician like me can do it using a leatherman.
