I hope they're joking when they say that cars making tyre squeel will be deemed to be racing and told to leave the circuit!

I must read this again....

It's lip service, right?

Must admit I was shocked to see that, all I can say is I drove
the circuit for the day Last October, squealed all day (Tyres
that is) and marshalls didnt say a word. I was the organiser
and the marshalls were great.

Why are we not allowed to have any cameras in the car? Is it simply the worry of them causing injury in a crash?

They say the same thing at Trax each year, but I've never heard of it being enforced.

Doubt if they'll take to kindly to anyone spinning off though!

Well I had a top day even though it was wet on session B for me. The track was extremely slippy made worse by my std RE010's being nearly bald I had a big moment in Quarries on the first lap as the back stepped out big stylee, but thankfully I somehow managed to correct it!

My brakes were excellent on there first trial run.

Thumbs down to the Blue WRX that tried to overtake me in a red zone, I let him past on the pit straight only for me to catch him up at each corner under braking and when I grew more familiar with the track

Thanks to the SIDC for the organisation and Adriana for her help. Castle Combe staff deserve a mention for letting me on track without valid ticket - thanks to them they saved the day

I was actually surprised at how much grip there was, our RX-7 group was out just after 1pm and it started raining about 10 mins before we went out. Had expected to be slipping and sliding all over the place, but thankfully my fears proved to be unfounded
