Default flocked dash

Does anyone no of a supplier of that material that they put on the dash,or a shop that sells it.cheers

There,s a place in Banbury that does it, Hrrr, can,t fooking remember it,s name though.....

I did mine back in September on my 03 Sti so should be the same as yours. The worst bit as I remember was getting to some of the wiring loom that was attached to the underside of the dash. You couldn't get to a clip because the heater ducts were in the way, also the LED for the alarm/immobilser next to the clock has no connector in the wire so I cut it and then resoldered once the dash was back in. One other thing, the thin panel across the bottom of the windscreen with the sensor in is a seperate piece, you need to remove this first by taking off the A-pillar covers and then pulling it up from each side, behind this are two of the bolts that hold the dashboard in place.

I downloaded Slipstrem UK's workshop manual, that helped quite alot too.

I replaced my dash with a flocked on earlier this year on my classic. Took 2 people 9hours from start to finish. Not a job i'd fancy doing again

TBH it wasnt that bad, when myself and my mate replaced my bugeye one with a flocked dash and console it was only 4 hours all in and thats was a cuppa in between. hardest part was the getting the cables out rest was ok.
