Not sure on any of those questions
Ive got a guy who can do carbon bits. He wants me to send me the pod, and he is going to look at doing it. He reckons it shouldnt be hard but once he completes it he will tell me price and how many more he can make.
Its proper pre preg carbon and not wet lay and he suspects it to be around £130-£150. Maybe less but i think thats the max
