Dashboard glare
Hi there
I've searched the site but have not found any mention of the horrid glare you get when the sun shines on the dashboard of my Scooby MY00!
I can't believe I'm the only one that's experiencing this problem. I heard that the rally versions are covered in a non-reflective cloth (suede?)to counter this problem. Whether that's true or not I do not know! I know that driving down woody country lanes in the sunshine can be quite treacherous if the sun is shining straight ahead!
I know it is really only sunny for 2 weeks per year here in Blighty but I'd still like to know if anyone knows of any aftermarket coverings that can be used!
Cheers
Chris

Hi Chris
I think you'll find that the rally cars use Alcantara, it's like suede but man-made.
I do get this sometimes, but like you said the sun ain't out that much anyway!
It might pay to use ap[olish on the dash that doesn't make it shine so much.
