Telemetrix gauges?
#1
The cubby hole on top of the dash has broken on my car (for those of you who have dismantled it, the plastic screw holes that the metal bit from the lid screw into have broken). Rather than buy a new one, it seems like a good opportunity to get some gauges.
I've read chiark's description of fitting his Autometer gauges, but to be honest I want metric ones -- not so bothered about psi vs. bar but I can't measure temperatures in Fahrenheit easily. Anyone used Telemetrix gauges -- they're white, not particularly pretty, but cheap. Demon Tweeks quote £21 for electrical oil pressure, £21 for electrical oil temperature and £31.50 for mechanical boost (though it's not obvious whether this includes the senders).
