Default Is it easy to DIY fit boost/oil temp guage in MY01?

Does anyone have an idiots guide to fitting - dealer says it's a 2 hour job to fit boost guage and quotes £150 for fitting alone.

I am not sure where I want the guages to be located, so an idea of best positions for simplicity of fitting and where the leads go through bulkhead and where they connect to engine bits would be helpful.

I'm no technohead as you can see, but if I have at least a basic grasp of what's involved, I can make decision as to whether I leave well alone.

Thanks Scoobypeople
